Contact Aero Marketing
There are two ways to contact Aero Marketing: the form further down this page, or email us directly. Question about one of our Campaigner guides, a correction to send, or a partnership enquiry? Every message is read and answered by a person — usually within two business days.
How can we help?
Why people contact Aero Marketing
We’re a small independent publication covering Campaigner email marketing software, so there’s no call centre here — just an inbox that a real person checks.
Most people who contact Aero Marketing want one of three things: a question answered about something we’ve published, an error corrected, or a guide written on a topic we haven’t covered yet. All three are welcome. Read more about how we work.

Before you contact Aero Marketing
One thing worth knowing, because it saves everybody time: we are not Campaigner. Aero Marketing is an independent publication that writes about the platform. We have no ownership or commercial relationship with them, no access to your account, and no ability to see your billing.
We can help with
- Questions about anything we’ve published
- Corrections and out-of-date information
- Suggestions for guides or comparisons you’d like to see
- Press, partnership and advertising enquiries
We can’t help with
- Campaigner account access, password resets or login problems
- Billing, refunds or cancellations
- Technical support inside the platform
- Negotiating custom pricing on your behalf
For anything in the second list, contact Campaigner directly — they’re the only ones who can actually resolve it.
Questions about how to contact Aero Marketing
What’s the fastest way to contact Aero Marketing?
Email, marginally — it lands in the same inbox as the form but lets you attach screenshots. Either way you’ll normally hear back within two business days. We’re a small independent publication rather than a support desk, so there’s no queue system and no ticket number, just one person reading messages. If yours arrives at a weekend, expect an answer early the following week.
Can you help me choose between Campaigner and another platform?
We can point you to the comparison that fits your situation, and if you describe your list size and what you’re trying to automate, we’ll tell you honestly whether Campaigner is likely to suit you. What we won’t do is recommend it to someone it doesn’t fit — a monthly newsletter to a small list is better served by something simpler and cheaper.
I found something wrong in one of your guides. Do you want to know?
Yes, and we mean that. Software pricing and features change constantly, and a guide that was accurate in January can be misleading by June. Send us the page and what you spotted. We’ll check it against the source, correct it, and note the update date on the page so other readers can see it changed.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No to paid links, in either direction. We don’t sell placements and we don’t buy them. Genuine partnership and press enquiries are welcome — say clearly what you’re proposing in the first message and you’ll get a straight answer either way.
Will you add me to a mailing list if I get in touch?
No. Details you send through the form are used to reply to you and nothing else. If we ever start a newsletter you’ll have to opt in deliberately — nobody gets subscribed for having asked a question.
Still deciding whether to contact Aero Marketing? Have a look at who we are and our Campaigner guides first — your question may already be answered there.

Contact Aero Marketing using the form
The more detail you give us, the more useful the reply. If you’re asking about a specific guide, a link to the page helps. If you’re reporting an error, tell us what you found and where — we’d rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
We use your details only to reply to your message. We don’t sell them and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
